Abrasive Waterjet Cutting

Mac-Mold has over 15 years of Waterjet cutting experience, we recently installed a Waterjet work cell by purchasing two new OMAX High Performance Waterjet cutting machines. Waterjet cutting is a process that produces 2-dimensional shapes by cutting sheet material with a high-pressure stream of water, with or without an abrasive. Unlike laser, a Waterjet can cut any material regardless of the surface quality. We stock steel plates from 1/8″ to 2″ thick, 6061 up to 3/4″ thick as well as 1/4″ and 1/2″ Glastherm HT for insulator boards. This allows us to get a jump on projects. We also have the capability to run lights out to meet demanding deadlines.
